1. Order Acceptance
All orders placed through our store are subject to acceptance by Destiny Love's Bling. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to be placed for resale or orders where we suspect fraudulent activity. You will be notified if your order is cancelled and any payment collected will be refunded.
2. Payment Terms
Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout. By submitting your order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
3. Shipping & Delivery
All items are custom-made to order. Please allow 7–10 business days for production and turnaround before your order ships. Once your order has shipped, please allow an additional 1–5 business days for delivery, depending on your location.
Destiny Love's Bling is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control. Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.
4. Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Destiny Love's Bling shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.
6. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Houston, Texas.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
